No one so far has matched the sheer volume and rate of ticket sales Friday for the Grateful Dead at the Knickerbocker Arena: 25,000 tickets in 74 minutes, according to Arena Manager Patrick Lynch.
Greg J. Hotaling of Leeder's Video, a Ticketmaster outlet in Clifton Park, said most people bought the maximum 12 tickets - at the outlet price of $22 a pop - for the concerts on March 24, 25 and 26.
