(ADPnews) - Aug 27, 2009 - RAM Ratings confirmed today its long-term A2 rating on the MYR 70 million (USD 19.8m/EUR 13.9m) serial bonds of Malaysian company Silver Bird Group Berhad (KUL:SILVER), or SBGB.
The agency also affirmed its long-term A2 and short-term P2 ratings on the company's MYR 30 million commercial paper/medium-term note programme.
The outlook on the long-term ratings was lowered to "negative" from "stable".
SBGB is active in manufacturing and distribution of food, as well as in the telecommunication sector.
